ICPE’s Project Planning and Controls Department supports the project team using planning and scheduling software to monitor and manage every phase of your project, from preliminary engineering and conceptual design stages through construction and start-up. This software allows for efficient and accurate development of schedules, monitoring of work progress, tracking costs, allocating resources, and providing detailed reports.

 

ICPE involves its clients in the planning process to ensure complete satisfaction. ICPE can provide an experienced project planning, scheduling, and cost-estimating team to meet its client’s cost and schedule needs. ICPE understands the importance of accurate reports, cost control, and accurate scheduling. We have the ability to hold interactive planning sessions, develop and define work scopes, provide risk analysis, hold web-based schedule maintenance, and provide turnover coordination.

 

The project estimating process typically starts with a front-end conceptual cost estimate. A risk analysis of the data available is run to determine the accuracy level of the estimate. As development of the project progresses and the scope becomes more defined, additional risk analyses are run to increase accuracy and decrease contingency. Project change management tracking and reporting is provided keep all parties appraised of the current status of each project.
