EPC

Many companies prefer using Engineering, Procurement and Construction (“EPC”) contracts as an effective way to design and construct their capital projects.  ICPE has experience in effectively executing small, medium, and large EPC projects from conception through start-up and commissioning. ICPE can provide the detailed engineering design of the project, procure all the equipment and materials necessary, and then construct to deliver a functioning facility or project to its clients. The EPC phase of the project normally follows the Front End Engineering Design (“FEED”) phase. The FEED is the basic engineering design used to form the basis for the EPC phase. If necessary, the FEED can be divided into separate packages to cover different portions of the project. ICPE has the ability to execute and deliver the project within an agreed time and budget, and assumes the risk for schedule and budget.

ICPE has a record of successful completion of EPC Projects in a variety of industries. To maintain design requirements, yet strive for an overall lower project cost, subcontractors with proven track records are utilized for construction services. The use of an integrated EPC team throughout the project maintains proper communication, an understanding of roles, knowledge sharing, constructability, cost and a smooth transition through each phase of the project.

In order to satisfy our client’s culture and standards, we set up one of the following management structures organized to work best for them:

  • An integrated project team

  • Involvement in project conceptual design stages

  • Involvement in engineering design

  • Involvement in construction management

  • On-site teammates
