ICPE’s Procurement Team can provide a complete range of project procurement services from supplier selection through final payment and has a record for competitively procuring equipment, materials, and services that satisfy each project’s quality, budget, and schedule requirements. ICPE Procurement specialists coordinate bidding, vendor inspection, expediting, purchasing, material management, and delivery.

ICPE’s Procurement philosophy is built upon open, regular communication with all parties involved with the purchase of equipment, materials and services.

 

ICPE’s Procurement team works closely with the engineering/design team and the vendors to ensure that all communication regarding the purchase and delivery of materials and equipment is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with the project schedule and that all required vendor documentation is properly submitted. Vendors and subcontractors are integrated into the project team to leverage their assets for improved success of each project. Long-term relationships with its vendors and subcontractors provide ICPE knowledge of current market pricing, upcoming/forecasted price increases, potential delivery increases, and labor force availability and restrictions.
